- You operate as an independent local partner, not as an employee of Fusion Link or of the ISP.
- Fusion Link remains the primary point of contact with the ISP for network, billing, and compliance matters.
- A detailed written agreement covering commission structure, coverage area, exclusivity (if any), equipment/branding provided, and termination terms will be shared and signed separately before you begin operations.
3. What This Application Form Is
Submitting the LCO application form on our website is an expression of interest only. It does not create a binding partnership. Our partnership team will contact you within 24 hours to discuss coverage area, terms, and next steps, culminating in a formal signed agreement.
4. Your Responsibilities as an LCO Partner (once onboarded)
- Represent Fusion Link and the underlying ISP's plans accurately — no false claims about speed, pricing, or offers beyond what we provide you.
- Collect and forward customer KYC documents accurately and securely.
- Handle customer data (name, address, contact, ID documents) responsibly and only for the purpose of onboarding/service, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
- Not sub-license, resell, or represent yourself as an independent ISP or as Fusion Link itself without authorization.
5. Commission & Payments
